Format: set v:S -> register:R/set instruction address:RN v:S -> register:R

Description: Sets an internal number from a register. In the left format, v is pc, sp, esp or fail (program counter, stack pointer, entity stack pointer, or failure flag). In the right format, v is low or high, because instructions are 32 bits and a register is only 16.
